  • Concerned Citizen: concessionaires who suspected their meter to have a problem: active concessionaires
  • Concessionaires who are 60 years and above

  • Written authorization from the owner of the meter
  • Death certificate (for deceased owner)
  • Filled-up Application for Senior Citizen's Discount Form
  • Senior Citizen's ID
